We only ask for what we need to confirm and complete your detailing. Here's what that means in plain language.

What we collect

When you submit a booking request we collect the details you enter in the form:

Your name and phone number
The service location or area where you'd like us to come
Your chosen package, service type, preferred date and time
Anything you add in the notes field

We don't ask for payment details on this website, and we don't require you to create an account.

How we use it

We use this information to contact you about your request, confirm a time, travel to the right place, and carry out the service you asked for. We may also use your phone number to follow up about the appointment, for example if we're running late or need to reschedule.

We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone except as needed to provide the service or where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep booking details for as long as we need them to deliver the service and handle any follow-up, such as a question about a completed job. If you'd like your details removed sooner, just ask.

Website services we rely on

This site is hosted on Vercel, which processes requests to serve the pages you visit. Booking requests are stored in our booking system, which runs on Supabase, so our team can schedule and complete your service. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and some photos are loaded from Unsplash; when your browser fetches those files, those providers receive standard request information such as your IP address. We use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand how the site is used (pages viewed, buttons clicked, how far people get through the booking form). It sets cookies and receives your IP address and browser details. It never receives what you type into the form. We also use the Meta Pixel so we can measure and improve our Facebook and Instagram advertising; it sets cookies and receives your IP address, browser details and which steps of the booking form you reached, but never the details you enter. You can block both with a browser extension or your browser's tracking protection, and Meta lets you manage ad preferences in your Facebook settings.

Your choices
